Sword Of The New World Adventures

So just wanted to comment today about how rapidly things are changing. Orpesia server is currently undergoing some massive changes in regards to clan wars, permas and stuff. Sword 2 is finally getting our 6.7 update so that's exciting too! In other epic news, STH former clan leader |Justice| may be returning with the update to keep it frosty! Super excited for that.

Overall it was shaping up to be a good day.....but out of the blue one of my long time friends in game called me a whiny betch, and essentially wanted to completely sever contact with me. Really sad that happened because this was one of the very few people I enjoy chatting with to quote The Last Samurai..."I shall miss our conversations" D: I guess that sort of thing happens from time to time although to quote from Pirates of the Caribbean "I'm not sure I deserved that" or perhaps I did. Sad day for me. It does, however, emphasize that sometimes it is just a game, you really don't get to know some people as much as you think you do. Finally to quote Alister from Dragon Age "such as it is...."

You probably don't care, but for what its worth...I'll miss you anyway!

Yay so last week I vesped my Asoka to Master!

Also I don't know how many people are getting this....but randomly one of the clients on one of my computers suddenly won't update anymore and I cannot connect to the game. Its only one computer. I have no idea whats going on! I have copied the files over from my other computers and even totally reinstalled. Nothing! Cant get past the launcher giving me the revision_v2 error.

/Sigh

So Really fun weekend at CW. I finally managed to get 100 kills!!!
With exception to a few really douche members, phalanx has some really cool people. We have a pretty good time pvping at CW, and I like to think that everyone is a good sport with that sort of thing. I have a habit of talking in all chat just to see what everyone is up to and stuff, and I compliment if they manage to pwn me in a spectacular way. Fun times. Sometimes CW gets really serious and it is hard to remember to calm down a bit and just have a good time, that is what the game is about.



I also FINALLY got medals of victory for the first time! Really exciting. Still have no idea how you get them though.





I did, however, just expert ICP.

Oh man! After an insane amount of vesping, from expert 3 I went several hours and got reckless to master! I needed her for CW and the results were not bad. See below XD

Galatea [Catherine Torche] - is a name popularly applied to the statue carved of ivory by Pygmalion of Cyprus in Greek mythology . In the Myth Pygmalion Carves the statute and Aphrodite brings it to life! Kind of like Cath the Robot becoming Meat Cath! XD

Eris [Reckless Emilia] - is the Greek goddess of strife and discord, her name being translated into Latin as Discordia. I thought that would be fitting XD She kind of looks like Eris from Sinbad and The Seven Seas!

Finally! Utilizing a HPS and the 50% buff weeks I got these two to Master! Now if only I had good gear for them T_T

Today I experted Lisa! I promptly traded in 1 symbol of Capricorn and 6 greatstones for the Arnis Stance Book.

So I get colony duty......a lot.....for HWC. I switched out Soso for a musk but I am not really effective -_-

New Plan! Get a Lisa and break that colony down! And I haven't had a dagger user before... Lisa also has this really nice costume called the Colchicum Costume. The problem is....its rare T_T and being the sucker I am for getting new costumes....sigh.

Hey Guys, Quick Family update from me today,

Soso is working on MMA, Claire is utilizing ET, however, as of late I am unable to cast anything with it (not enough sp T_T), and finally Helena is finishing up Occultism (also can't cast a few skills). As it says in the topic heading....I am going to be hermiting a bit more...school is starting back and so far no luck with my new gear. Nothing is really motivating me right now...

In other news I received my betakey today, this means a couple of things. The first is I don't think I will be working on any more sword vids. I really enjoyed making them and I hope you all enjoyed watching them. So what am I leaving out you ask?

1) I was going to make a final going away vid like TachibanaGE but.....guess that's not happening now
2) Character Spotlight Videos. These were going to be featuring each class doing cool movies in pvp and pve
3) PVP vids....kindof like a who's who of Orpesia (I was gunna ask certain people in server to go 1 on 1 ect..)....I had kind of a street fighter theme I wanted to do for these.

I may still do vids in the future, but for now this is the end!

Yay so yesterday after a few days in the AA...ta da! Here she is! Damn you Traegar for drawing such an awesome pic (see previous selva post if you don't know what I am talking about) I just had to have Selva after seeing all that art! Its too bad she is quite useless in pvp -_-

So my biggest mission this past week has been to get Selva. Wow what a mission, I had to finish my caebolean quests and THEN work on the selva quest. Between Amy frags and soup mats I am just about broke. Here is the picture that got me psyched up, by STH's own Traegar!
